Every patient will be asked to complete new patient paperwork prior to their first appointment.
How to pay your bill online
We now have a payment portal that makes your bill payment process a breeze – quick, convenient, and cashless. To access the payment portal, just click the Pay Your Bill Online button at the bottom of this page. But first, here is a series of screenshots of what you’ll see as you work your way through the payment portal – with simple descriptions/instructions alongside – right up until you enter your credit card details and click Pay Now.
Step 1:
Enter your account information
- Enter your first and last names
- Please use the calendar to enter your Date of Birth, do not type in your Date of Birth
- Enter your Account Number from your statement
Step 2:
Verify your account or proceed to pay
- You may choose to verify your account in order to access your account details
- You may proceed to make your payment from here too
Step 3:
View your account information
- When you choose to verify your account, your account details page displays your current statement by default
- Tabs at the top of the page allow you to:
- Make payment towards balance
- View your payment history
Step 4: Payment page
- Once you reach the payment page, enter:
- The amount to be paid
- Your credit card details
- Then click Pay Now
